About this event
Audrey's Awesome Tamale Party starts with all of the ingredients that you need to make tamales. Of course, if you would like to just come for the party, that's okay. Just choose dinner only in the Activities section of this sign up.
We will be making Hatch Green and Ancho Chili Shredded Beef Tamales and Salsa Verde Shredded Chicken Tamales. We will learn how fill and wrap the tamales, ending with a complete Mexican dinner including semi-spicy refried beans, grilled vegetable, Nachos con Carne Asada and of course, the beverage of your choice, Mexican Sangria and Mexico's own Gran Centenario Respado Tequila Margaritas originally invented in Mexico in 1946.
All the influences of Mexican cooking at its finest!
For you FOOTBALL FANS, we will have for your viewing pleasure, Oregon vs. Maryland, Washington vs. Penn State or Oregon State vs. San Jose State. Come and rah ha for your favorite game.
Be sure to choose on the Activities page, if you would like to take home Tamales of your choice and how many. They are $24.00 per dozen.
