The first step is to join the Porsche Club America (PCA) and designate the High Desert Region as your local chapter.  You can learn more about the PCA here and below.

If your home address is in one of the 13 Oregon counties of Deschutes, Jefferson, Crook, Baker, Gilliam, Grant, Morrow, Sherman, Umatilla, Union, Wallowa, Wasco or Wheeler, membership in the High Desert Region is automatically included. Otherwise, you can still select the High Desert Region as your home region when joining PCA.

If you are already a PCA member of another region and wish to transfer your PCA membership to the High Desert Region, or to subscribe to both regions by paying dues for two memberships, contact PCA National at email membership@pca.org or phone (410) 381-0911, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm ET (6am-2pm PT).  Note that changing the address in your PCA profile does not affect your current regional affiliation.
